It's been 5 days, and there has been no resolution provided to the internet outage that I have been facing on my Xstream fibre connection.

Your team keeps saying they will provide a resolution, and yet there's nothing. Why am I even paying you?

Second, it's okay to deliver late. Not a problem. But please teach your customer care service to reply without using bot replies, and try to understand the problem.

People usually face problems with their broadband after the installation, but you are working in reverse here.
