@LordOrk@c2c_Rail Not some, alot of people. Then they refused to help their customers blaming TFL all day. TFL not responding either to provide details for refunds which are owed for this farce.
@c2c_Rail@agentroebuck From the contactless page there is no option to request a refund for this. I can only see one for incomplete journies and delay repay. The only other way is via a form from each journey to say something is wrong. But thats states it will take 10 days to respond.
@c2c_Rail@upthemonkey76 Back to paper tickets we go. So much for going contactless. A big step back for @c2c_Rail. And the fact there was no communications about this, all these people should be refunded without us having to chase.
@c2c_Rail@nickheadley Can you confirm that yourselves @c2c_Rail and @TfL have come together to figure out what's gone wrong with the fares over the last day to stop your customers from doing so. There is obviously a problem which is being ignored. Sort it out. Will not be using contactless.
@c2c_Rail@nickheadley@TfL It would be good if you could communicate with tfl as its disgusting the prices have increased so much with nothing from @TfL.
@c2c_Rail didnt think you should advise customers that tickets brought and added to smartcard for 13th jan, that the software behind has kindly set the tickets for 14th. So they will have problems today via the machines.
@c2c_Rail Why can't people wanting to start journeys between southend central and shoeburyness load to their smartcards? I queried yesterday and no one was able to advise.
@c2c_Rail@c2c_Rail just to make you aware all stations between southend central and sboeburyness are effected by this issue. Just to allow your IT team to start investigating.
@c2c_Rail how long does it take for a daily ticket to drop off a smartcard? I'm unable to purchase my return journey for tomorrow as you can't have more than 5 single tickets.
