@davwheat_ @PBaboins Any idea on the stats being quoted that millions of devices didn’t receive the message. How do they know? There is no confirmation. It must be by polling so they don’t know for certain.

@davwheat_ There is also the factor of 3G or 2G. My wife’s phone was on 3G so didn’t receive the initial message. I switched it to 3G only then back to 5G/4G/… and it then went to 4G and received the message.
