@AvantiWestCoast … wow!!! After cancellations, delays, no seats, no food & drink… despite paying for a “first class service”everything we didn’t get is apparently “complimentary” so no refunds are given 1/2

We all need to refocus.
We are winning our fight against this virus. Infections, hospitalisations and fatalities are all coming down at an encouraging pace. Progress is made every day.
Getting out of this mess safely is the most important thing now.
We're still seeing no evidence of a 'second peak' in European countries that eased their lockdowns first.
Austria, Denmark, Norway eased their lockdowns around a month ago and cases are continuing to fall.
We need to move forwards with caution, but with confidence it can work.
Getting out of lockdown was always going to be harder than getting into it.
They key ingredient to all of this is personal responsibility.
The Gov can't police everyone. If we want to keep easing out of the lockdown, we all need to continue using some common sense.
Cancer is such a cruel disease.
