🎤 Excited to speak about OKRs at @Atlassian's ACE Singapore event next week!

We’ll dive into the OKR framework, focusing on implementation specifics for tech teams and setting up OKRs in Jira to boost team alignment.

🤔Do you need #OKRs at all?

It's easy! Just quickly check the F.A.C.T.S. acronym, which highlights their key benefits:
🎯Focus
🔗Align
💪Commit
📊 Track
🚀 Stretch

If your teams struggle with focus, deliver less than committed, or play it too safe — OKRs can be a great fit🌟

In 2018 we launched #OKR Board for Jira. 6 years and 3K+ installs later we are happy to go beyond #Atlassian

The new Oboard OKR App will be available to everyone on the web. Bring all your teams together and align their efforts toward the shared goals: https://t.co/9z4JF3187g

The fine folks at @oboardio asked if I'd review their #Atlassian Marketplace app. It's been a while since I've received one of these requests, but I'm always happy to:

@JimmyTalksJira @oboardio @JimmyTalksJira thanks for reviewing our app!

I've just included your video in my OKR comparison of Jira Align and Oboard's OKR Board for Jira: https://t.co/0cmhhOcxBK

It's amazing to have an external perspective, especially from an expert like you 😻

💘 Would you tell someone you love them on the first date?

Coming on too strong sends people running for the hills. So why do some companies rush to “close” new leads before they're ready?

It’s important to leverage a mid-funnel concept known as SALs 👉https://t.co/waSwSjq70T

[Influ2 @influ2_on]

🧲 Marketing traditionally attracts new leads through the top.
💰 Sales takes over and closes those leads at the bottom.

B2B purchase decisions are made by committee. So why are companies still marketing to individuals with blanket messaging and ads — even when targeting specific accounts through ABM?

If you want to close deals and win more revenue, you have to influence the group as a whole. 🧵👇

@i_korotchenko Звісно, що капітуляція. Ваша. Слава Україні!

[Margo Sakova @galachenko]

There's a cruel and senseless war in Ukraine. Russians attacked us for no reason, and if the world doesn't stop them - they will go further.

I've always tried to stay away from politics, but now it's simply impossible. Everyone should know!
