minimx claims a opus 4.7 level model, 4.7 was released april 16th, less than 2 months is way shorter than the 6 months thats's usually quoted for open source models
I think a lot about leading the witness with ai. it seems like the less I do that and the more i just describe what i want it to do, the better it does - anyone else have that experience? does playing dumb get you better results or does it work better if you structure things on how you normally think about them?
i think skills will replace a lot of simple software but it feels like a stop at a train station where the train is moving way faster than 5 years. in fact, im already replacing end to end workflows with skills instead of building a tool with prd files and ralph but i started doing ralph 5 months ago...
