But no, I never said it was a scam. You are not forced to pay the full bundled price of Ultimate. They said “why wasn’t smash 100?” And I said “the full game is 115.” That’s it.

Two reasons. First, it’s a lot cheaper than you think. I doubt they even had to pull more funding for that, just used existing funding.
Second, that’s not how budgets work. Nothing was pulled from other agencies.

Also, you’d see that. There’d be a visible increase.
