Hi @ViCustomerCare , is it normal that ₹380 was charged for me when sim was delivered to me in person ? i never saw this charge while ordering sim via vi app. i paid them via gpay to some random qr code.

@ViCustomerCare made a recharge of ₹649 for new vi prepaid sim. and sim got activated today but the recharge is not showing up and asking me to recharge again.
