Greetings from the GCV International Industry Alliance.
Dear Ms. Wantana Intrachaeng,
Chair, GCV International Industry Alliance Thailand,
Dear Prof. Trinarich Thepprasit,
Global GCV Ambassador and Education Coordinator,
Dear Mr. Anek Jarmeeken,
Distinguished Leaders, Executive Team, Education Coordinators, Merchants, Volunteers, and the entire GCV International Industry Alliance Thailand Family,

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good morning.
It is a great honor and a pleasure to join you through this keynote message for today's After Action Review Meeting.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Prof. Trinarich and the organizing committee for inviting me to share a few words with all of you.
I also extend my heartfelt congratulations to the entire GCV International Industry Alliance Thailand team on the successful organization of the 14th Thailand Industry Alliance Trade Fair, the 5th Leadership and Executive Development Seminar, and the official opening of your Second Branch Office in Saraburi Province.
These achievements were not created overnight.
They are the result of vision, careful planning, teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and the true spirit of volunteer service.
On behalf of the GCV International Industry Alliance, I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Wantana, Prof. Trinarich, Mr. Anek, every Executive Board member, every Education Coordinator, every volunteer, every merchant, and every supporter who contributed to this remarkable success.
Your dedication is not only strengthening Thailand.
It is inspiring the entire Global GCV community.
Today, Thailand is becoming a shining example of what can be achieved when leadership, education, unity, and action move together toward one common vision.
Many national alliances are watching your progress.
Many leaders are learning from your experience.
And many communities are encouraged by your commitment.
As we celebrate this success, I believe we are also preparing for an even greater future.
Every conference we organize creates new opportunities.
Every leadership seminar develops new leaders.
Every new branch office expands our reach.
Every volunteer strengthens our movement.
These achievements deserve to be celebrated.
At the same time, they also open the door to our next chapter.
The next chapter of Thailand's success will be reflected in the continued growth of its ecosystem.
When I speak about ecosystem growth, I am talking about real and measurable progress.
More merchants joining our network.
More businesses accepting Pi through real economic activities.
More entrepreneurs becoming active members of the GCV International Industry Alliance.
More products and services becoming available to our communities.
And more successful merchant stories appearing on the Map every month.
These are not simply numbers.
They represent trust.
They represent confidence.
They represent real participation.
They represent real-world utility.
And together, they represent the strength of a healthy and sustainable ecosystem.
Education remains the foundation of everything we do.
When people understand, they become confident.
When they become confident, they begin to participate.
When participation grows, adoption grows.
And when adoption grows, the ecosystem becomes stronger for everyone.
This is why education and ecosystem development must always move forward together.
I believe Thailand already has one of the strongest leadership teams within our international alliance.
Now, I also believe Thailand has the opportunity to become one of the strongest merchant ecosystems in our global community.
Not simply because of the number of conferences you organize.
But because of the opportunities you create.
The merchants you empower.
The businesses you connect.
The entrepreneurs you inspire.
And the positive impact you bring to families and communities through education and real economic participation.
Thailand has shown that when leaders are united, volunteers are committed, merchants are engaged, and education remains at the center, remarkable progress becomes possible.
I sincerely hope the Thailand experience will inspire many other national alliances to take the next step in expanding their merchant ecosystems and strengthening the Global GCV Movement together.
As Vice Chair of the GCV International Industry Alliance, I look forward to the day when every province in Thailand has active merchants.
Every city has a growing ecosystem.
Every branch office becomes a center of education and collaboration.
And every successful merchant becomes an inspiration for the world.
Our mission is greater than building an organization.
Our mission is to serve people.
To strengthen communities.
To create opportunities for businesses.
To support real economic participation.
And to leave behind a stronger ecosystem for future generations.

Pioneers have the following misconceptions.

1. They keep complaining about Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis and the Core Team (CT), saying there is no transparency.

I want to say this:

When you cannot think things through, please realize it may be your misconception, not someone else's mistake.

Why?

Because you never studied.

The Core Team is responsible for technology.

Your expectation of economic benefits is not something the Core Team can give you.

Economic benefits must be earned through the collective efforts of the entire pioneer community.

2. Exchange market price is different from Pi value.

Pi value is GCV $314,159. It has been hardcoded on the blockchain. This is Pi value.

If you still call it fake or a scam, that only proves your ignorance, arrogance, and lack of understanding.

Why is Pi trading for only a few cents on some exchanges?

You should ask those pioneers who are selling it—not the Core Team.

The Core Team asks pioneers to read the White Paper.

I ask pioneers to study the Pioneers Handbook and repost my education articles.

Because only when those sellers understand Pi's vision and value will they stop selling recklessly. When selling pressure is reduced, Pi price can rise.

To be smart means having the ability to find the real reason behind a problem and knowing how to prevent it.

3. Please don't waste your time arguing about Pi value.

It has already been hardcoded on the blockchain.

I didn't want to show Mr. Mario's report before. However, I have now decided to share it because I don't want pioneers wasting their time and energy on meaningless arguments.

The Core Team will not announce Pi value because Pi value is not their business.

They will not interfere with Pi value.

The blockchain records it by itself when we conduct GCV Barter transactions.

If you don't believe it, then hire your own blockchain expert to conduct an independent audit and verify whether the recorded value is $314,159.

4. However, GCV success does not mean Pi Network has already succeeded.

This is because Pi Network's success requires two conditions:

- A stable Pi value (GCV)
- Massive adoption

Pioneers have already made GCV successful.

Now we have entered the second stage: Massive Adoption.

Please do not assume that because GCV exists on the blockchain, you will automatically achieve financial freedom.

No!

GCV success does not automatically mean Pi Network succeeds.

We still need to work hard on pioneer education so that more pioneers understand Pi's vision and stop creating unnecessary selling pressure.

If Pi price remains too low, Pi can become concentrated in the hands of a minority, and this could undermine Pi Network's long-term vision.

That is why I continue asking you to repost my education articles.

When other pioneers sell Pi without understanding its vision, they may harm your future financial freedom.

Only massive education can help build the foundation for your financial freedom.

My education is intended to reduce selling pressure and encourage greater understanding of Pi's long-term vision.

Massive adoption also requires more pioneers to support both on-chain and off-chain GCV Barter and to support the GCV Industry Alliance.

If you truly understand what I have shared today and take action by reposting my educational articles, then you are helping protect yourself from losing value because of other pioneers' misunderstanding and unnecessary selling.

Education creates understanding.
Understanding changes behavior.
Behavior builds adoption.
Adoption creates value.

When malicious accounts hide behind fake identities and attack GCV Ambassadors and GCV Special Envoys, take a moment to look at what our team is actually doing.

While some people spend their time spreading rumors, creating division, and attacking those who contribute, our GCV Ambassadors and Special Envoys are working on the ground to build the Pi ecosystem.

This video shows one example:

Large, medium, and small industrial factories in Vietnam involve more than 8,000 entrepreneurs.

GCV Ambassadors and Special Envoys from Vietnam and Thailand are working together to build a model Pi Network ecosystem that can inspire communities around the world.

Export-oriented factories produce more than 3,000 products, creating real opportunities for trade and ecosystem development.

We believe the future of Pi is built through education, cooperation, merchants, entrepreneurs, and real economic activity.

Instead of wasting energy on personal attacks, let us focus on creating value, expanding adoption, and strengthening the ecosystem together.

Actions speak louder than rumors. Results speak louder than attacks.
