What's happening with the @British_Airways android app? Can't check in or get a boarding pass and based on the Google playstore ratings it hasn't been working for the past few months! Does anyone know when it will be fixed? Does the Apple version work? @HeadForPoints
For the past week I've been getting an error message when trying to download my Tap2go travel history. Is there a problem with this information at the moment and when will it be resolved? Thanks. @south_railway@SW_Help
@EE Thanks @EE . After 2 weeks of research into what happened and finally working out it was @EE I contacted your blacklisting team who have since emailed, nonchalantly, that they have removed the IMEI from the blacklist. No explanation or apology for their mistake. Unbelievable!
All I want is a working phone - can someone at
@EE
(who randomly blacklisted my phone) sort this please. This is a 6 month old phone I bought from
@SamsungUK@WhichUK
With a little help from https://t.co/2wxnm5swbh, I discover @EE have blacklisted the phone. I have no account with them. Called them and they confirmed they have blacklisted it but don't know why. They say @O2 need to contact them and @O2 say it's not for them to do!
Update on my phone issue. @SamsungUK have been predictably hopeless - they keep saying my phone isn't blacklisted! @O2, my network provider, say it is blacklisted but can't help as it wasn't them who blacklisted it as lost / stolen.
@SamsungUK - I like your products (I have many) and you have a great sales team, but when things go wrong it really is impossible to get any help! My S23 which I bought direct from Samsung in March just stopped connecting to the mobile network last week...
@SamsungUK - it seems that the IMEI number has been barred. My network confirmed it's not them but suggested I check with Samsung because I bought it there. No one seems to understand the issue at Samsung? So I have a £700 phone which can't be used!
A lovely tribute to Her Majesty on the @British_Airways website, but no exceptions being made on the charges for cancellations / changes caused by the Monday holiday for example where business meetings have been (rightly) cancelled. #Travel@SimonCalder
@British_Airways@SimonCalder A very curt reply from Cody at BA simply says there is nothing else they can do and "our response will remain the same and the outcome won't change"! Not sure why I was asked to go through the laborious process of BA's DM system...twice!
@British_Airways@SimonCalder Thanks - I have sent my details, but BA needs a policy on this for the extraordinary circumstances where many people may need to rebook trips because of the unique events and sudden bank holiday.
@O2 Thanks. I think you are missing the irony of a data cap in Europe but not for countries outside of Europe in the Travel Inclusive zones, but thanks for confirming.
@O2 Hi. I have a 100GB data plan which will be capped in Europe to 25GB from August 2021 but it comes with a Travel Inclusive. Does that mean I have no cap on my data (within my plan) in countries like the USA and Australia but I will have a 25 GB limit in Europe?
The 13 July deadline for the self employed to claim assistance if they have been adversely affected by the pandemic is fast approaching.
We think this deadline date needs to move! #SEISS#WeeklyTaxBrief https://t.co/bwr65L1ddF
@SamsungUK Hi Samsung. Still no reply to my DMs after a week to add to my 3 month wait! I just need a set of working earphones to go with my £800 phone!
@SamsungUK having bought a new S20 directly from Samsung in March I have had hours of online chat and email exchanges to get a replacement set of earphones as the new ones didn't work. Despite many promises, nothing has been received after 3 months. Please help...
