457 British troops lost their lives in Afghanistan.
Trump avoided military service 5 times.
How dare he question their sacrifice. Farage and all the others still fawning over Trump should be ashamed.
March 1933 The Enabling Act becomes law in Germany, giving the chief executive power enforce his own laws without checks and balances. The passing of the Act marked the formal transition from democratic republic to totalitarian dictatorship. 6 months later, it was a 1 party state

A warning for anyone standing in the background while Sunak pleads for people to vote for him - if you don't look enthusiastic about what he's saying someone on his team will get a text telling them to block you from view...
The Green Party are making significant gains in local councils and Reform have so far won no seats at all. So naturally we should expect to see Lee Anderson and Richard Tice being featured all over the media.

2 weeks and 2 phone calls to clueless "customer services" after submitting @MandSBank CC application and still no idea what's happening. I'd cancel the application and go with alt provider if it wasn't for the fact a second application would impact my credit score. Awful service.
@DanMacPhail @henningwehn@nikcoppin My wife and I stayed in Stow for this year's Fringe. A beautiful small village. Great for exploring the Borders and substantially cheaper than staying in Edinburgh. The train to Waverley was clean, fast, cheap and regular. Plenty of options if you look around.

I just spoke to a friend who is soon to be a Consultant in the #NHS - he tells me he has never seen anything like this. The #NHS is on its knees, people on trolleys, staff are drained, a complete disaster.
RT in support of our amazing, hardworking #NHS Staff.
If Matt Hancock would rather go on I'm A Celebrity than serve his constituents while being paid lots of money to be an MP, he should face an immediate by-election. Against me. RT if you agree.
