2 weeks and 2 phone calls to clueless "customer services" after submitting @MandSBank CC application and still no idea what's happening. I'd cancel the application and go with alt provider if it wasn't for the fact a second application would impact my credit score. Awful service.

@DanMacPhail @henningwehn @nikcoppin My wife and I stayed in Stow for this year's Fringe. A beautiful small village. Great for exploring the Borders and substantially cheaper than staying in Edinburgh. The train to Waverley was clean, fast, cheap and regular. Plenty of options if you look around.
