@TheRadicalMod Oh and the profits bit is also true. Investor owned utilities make money by getting a guaranteed rate of return on capital investments, like a gas plant. The more they spend, the more profit.
@TheRadicalMod Doesn't mean there's no role for gas. Just means what it says. It is volatile and if the price goes up customers pay the delta not utility shareholders. These are not disputed facts.
@TheRadicalMod Check the last five years of the Henry Hub gas prices. Gas is the most volatile fuel source for electric generation. There is no debate. There's a documented 5x range of prices. But monopoly utilities don't really care about that risk, bc fuel costs are 💯 passed to customers.
Yo @AmericanAir what is happening at LIT. 30 mins and counting of sitting on the tarmac waiting on a ground crew? Not good enough. @littlerocknational where's your people

@SenTomCotton So you no longer believe this
Cotton 2016 -" Edward Snowden was an egotistical serial liar and traitor whose unauthorized disclosures of classified information have jeopardized the safety of Americans and allies around the world."
@elonmusk Because under our constitution states run elections not the federal government. Many states do require voter id. Including your "home" state. Happy to help. Had you asked about bribing voters, could have saved some trouble
