@RandyWKirk1 Come on Randy, partial socialism just bleeds you out a little slower.
Removing agency by telling people outside your list of exceptions "you will never be able to hold a livable occupation" is not the right path.
Ha! Imbecile can't even comprehend my post correctly and then blocks me after making his retarded accusation. π
At any point when you were responding and saw my PFP did you rethink your reaction? Did you read any of my other posts? I clearly don't support the surveillance state.
None of that has anything to do with my comment that taxpayer money is being used to buy the surveillance infrastructure being used to track us.
Fighting a financial death match against them isn't a sound plan.
How that helped.

Lol, you really know nothing about America, do you?
How do you think we became the largest economy since forever? By running around repeating, "me exceptional!"?
Americans bust their asses, start businesses, and then bust some more ass.
Apologies for the crass colloquialism, hope it's understood.
I'll wait for your response while you get state approval to state your mind. π€£
@Tim_Joyce_86@SeanTrende It's so crowded up there at the podium where we confess our state's sins.
Add that to our list of "exceptions" I guess. π€
It's like taking your last breath lamenting how many times you changed lanes without signaling.
@DiedSuddenly_ Is it public knowledge how much copper and other precious metals are in these things?
Asking for the active harvesting community. I mean recyclers.
@nocokalor@DiedSuddenly_ Thanks for giving info and taking the resulting beating. π
Thoughts on whether the murders or kidnappings would have otherwise been solved? How many of those kidnappings were custody fights?
@AbyssfulAbyss@MarsWolf76@DiedSuddenly_ Can I get one put in my home in case a family member crimes me?
No one can protect me better than the State.
Asking for my dog.
Thanks for the inside perspective.
Note I didn't say low cost. I think the bar needs to be set high with insurance really covering only low probability, high cost problems.
Putting care back into a free market will rapidly bring down costs. Pharmaceuticals are a different game. The need for regulation and the resulting political capture are a big part of the problem.
I'm a huge fan of Cuban's CostPlus, but today it's not much use until generics are available. I don't usually agree with him, but his proposals have some merit in this area.
There's just so much noise, money, and protectionism is going to be hard to do anything, so we need simple market based options that can be done without government. They just aren't going to free their cash cows.
@mcuban@HEALTHCOSTtruth Insurance needs to be for high cost and high return preventive care only. Routine care (up to e.g. broken bones) should be direct between doctor and patient.
Determining the cut line will be where all the lobby money goes.
@imustbecrzy2u@2VNews@mcuban Dude, have you seen their tax rates? They're paying:
Higher taxes
Longer wait times
Lower quality of care
Some would rather just kill you
We pay more, because we have a massive government created middle man who separates the consumers and producers while extracting profits.
@actingliketommy Why does my money need to be taken from me to be used by the government to do something to "benefit" me?
I can do that much better myself.
Seemed like a reasonable post with a clear example of "hey, let's be nice, work together, and so something to help all of us."
Then you wrote the last paragraph. Lumped all cons together as unreasonable, hateful, and vindictive.
Your post was really just about "owning" the conservatives.
Just couldn't help yourself.
FoS indeed.
