@TLRailUK My recently purchased season ticket is not loading on to my Keycard. Tried using the Thamelink app, the RailUK app and tapping at the station.
The status on my account shows "Sending to station"
👋 @TLRailUK my monthly season ticket is showing ready to collect status. I’ve tapped in at the collection station but it’s not applying. This is then causing issues with tapping at gates not working.
It also will not load through the app.
👷👷♀️ Signalling faults in the area have now been fixed by the engineers.
📣 Services will still face major delays/cancellations whilst we work to get back to the timetable.
