@virginmedia @NatGeoUK It’s by Wi-Fi but it always is. I’ve been a Virgin cust for several years and this is the worst bband service we’ve had . Your CS dept ran some tests and reset router at weekend, it then worked full speed for 1 day but has been hugely reduced since (145 mbps instead of 450+).

@virginmedia @NatGeoUK @virginmedia Why is the broadband service we pay for so inconsistent ? Drops out on fairly regular basis and since last local network update (early Dec) we have had nowhere near our expected speeds. Am testing every day and slow majority of the time.
