@Martyupnorth My two co workers and myself did not get the jabs. The three of us did not get covid throughout the pandemic.
Everyone else I know got the jabs and they all came down with covid multiple times.
Maybe a small sample size but seems worth noting.
At OneBC we also had this fake "Forge Media" company trying to get Dallas Brodie to participate in their "documentary."
It looked suspicious to us so I dug into their website (that is now offline) and all their claimed published work showed up nowhere on IMDB and there was no trailers or other assets on the website to suggest this was a real company.
A lot of the graphics of the fake content they claimed to have made was done with AI.
They sent emails claiming to be working on a documentary involving the CBC.
Everything they said was either a lie or manipulation to let your guard down but that is exactly why Dallas and the OneBC team had our guards go up even higher. It was all too friendly and pandering to be a real company.
We even asked for them to send evidence of their previous work and they ghosted us.
Frances Widdowson should sue/file charges against the people behind Forge Media. They are fraudsters and had lured her to a studio under false pretences in order to try and berate and humiliate her.
‼️ WOW
Politico just reported what actually killed Canada’s trade deal with the United States.
Not Doug Ford’s ad.
Not a tariff dispute.
Melanie Joly.
She threatened to SUE Stellantis.
Then she threatened to CLAW BACK funds from GM.
The US auto industry went directly to the White House.
Trump pulled the plug on a deal described as imminent.
One official said Joly’s actions “inflamed a very important ally.”
Another said it was “posturing” that destroyed the relationship.
This is the same Joly who:
-Never read the $15 billion Stellantis contract she publicly defended
-Applauded 49,000 Chinese EVs into Canada while Canadian auto workers lost jobs
-Was in Germany at a trade show posting LinkedIn content while all of this collapsed

"I was told, that within 10 days, I would be receiving a call from Public Safety Canada to discuss further, and I was given a reference number to be used when contacted ( . . . ) It's now been a full 30 days later, and not a single person has reached out to me."
This is quite interesting, given rumours of talk at the Canadian Police Association's reception that the gun grab is going to be ended.
Could be nothing beyond simple government delays, but given the lower-than-expected volume of declarations they have to process, you'd think they would have more than adequate staffing to meet internally imposed deadlines.
WOW!
A LEAKED INTERNAL Canadian Armed Forces report reveals a platoon in Quebec was 83% non citizens.
Many had been in Canada for less than 3 months.
LESS THAN HALF GRADUATED.
The platoon broke into ethnic infighting between African factions.
The report flagged “lack of respect towards women” as the most common concern.
“For many candidates it is the first time they have lived with members of a different sex.”
They don’t know how to respect women.
This is the military Carney wants to rebuild.
With people who’ve been in Canada for 90 days.
Can’t communicate fluently.
And don’t respect female officers.
CANADA. IS. COOKED.
I really don't think people appreciate how perverse the Liberal motion to change the size and composition of the parliamentary committee is.
They are using the falsehood that committees should represent their unearned majority to ensure their ability to suppress any dissent.
Committees are supposed to represent the composition of the House, where the Liberals control 50.7% of the seats. But they are now seeking to control nearly 60% of seats in committees.
It's a gross overreach that would upend a core tenet of our democratic institutions by effectively neutering one of the House's primary mechanisms of checks and balances on government actions.
It is an absolutely intentional power grab, and it is as duplicitously opportunistic as it should be offensive to all Canadians.
It's one thing to gain a slim majority through floor-crossing. It is another thing entirely to use that majority to expand control over committees such that they become little more than sycophantic and superfluous echo chambers for that government's policies and legislation.
I really like Pierre Poilievre calling out the magic trick Mark Carney has been using on the US-Canada Trade Issue.
Carney promises can get a new trade deal because of some vague idea he has dealt with Donald Trump before.
And then...
Fear monger about the US being SOOOOO bad so nobody cares if he actually fulfills his promise to get a deal.
Mark Carney then gets to be the guy trying to fix the problem while always having an excuse for never actually fixing it.
🚨🚨This is an important message.
This is all being done for a reason, it's to exhaust you and get you to disengage. Do not take the bait.
The Liberals have had a practical majority since 2019 with the NDP and the Bloc. They can pass any legislation they want at any time, they don't need the floor crossers.
They're doing this to discourage you so severely you stop trying, allowing them to rule for another 10 years.
Many conservatives will help them by giving up and encouraging others to give up too. This is why the Liberals are trying so hard to get floor crossers, it is wildly demoralizing. It's not about a majority it's about demoralizing their opposition. And it's working on many in our community.
Don't let them do it. Stay the course, stay united, keep fighting. If it were Harper or Scheer, the Liberals and the media would do be doing exactly the same thing.
If anything, we should be intensifying our effort not taking our toys and going home.
Are you the kind of person that can keep fighting or do you quit when it gets too difficult?
I went to listen to her speak at the University of Calgary yesterday. It was a packed auditorium. She could only speak for 90 minutes because that's all the school would allow, but the crowd wanted more.
She's an eye witness to one of the most important moments in Canadian history. The Freedom Convoy will be studied and talked about for generations, and she was right in the middle of it.
I hate my government, but as I listened to her, I kept realizing I can't hate it enough. What they did to us. What they continue to do to us. There are evil men and women in Ottawa.
Christ taught us to forgive, and Tamara exemplifies that.
Me? If I had been subjected to the same treatment that she was, I'd be hunting down some humans for the rest of my life.
God bless you Tamara.
Six years after launching a gun ban modelled on that of New Zealand, Canada is set to confiscate roughly the same number of firearms as NZ did in six months, despite Canada spending 10x more, and targeting over 10x as many firearms.

In a rare demonstration of total unity, the three major gun advocacy groups, in alphabetical order, the @CCFR_CCDAF (CCFR), @CSSA_CILA (CSSA) and the @CanadasNFA (NFA), are standing with the same message: don't declare and withdraw, if you can.

Can we just add...more of this!
Also...do they assemble like Voltron when this happens? And...just totally aged our admin team.
"'Should have shot him a couple more times': Ford congratulates person who shot alleged Ontario home invader"
Are we...? Could it be... surely not. But maybe?
... are we back?

@GunGnome Agreed.
And Canadians have voted for this for 4 elections in a row, and would do so again (if you believe the polls).
This is the Canada our fellow voters want.
🇨🇦 Thousands of law-abiding gun owners and their supporters rallied in front of the National Assembly in Quebec City to denounce the federal government’s punitive gun regulations.
You just can't make this stuff up.
While Ottawa is spending hundreds of millions of our tax dollars trying to confiscate property from the most vetted, law-abiding citizens in the country through the ASFCP, guess who is currently under RCMP investigation for allegedly smuggling illegal weapons?
A provincial Crown Prosecutor in Newfoundland and Labrador.
According to reports this morning, the RCMP raided the St. John's home of a provincial Crown attorney, seizing nine firearms, prohibited magazines, brass knuckles, and a suppressor that was intercepted by the CBSA at the border.
We will say it until we are blue in the face: Canada's crime problem comes from smuggled, illicit firearms, NOT from your licensed, daily-vetted PAL holders. While everyday Canadian gun owners jump through hoops, safely store our property, and follow the law to a tee, the real criminals are completely ignoring the system. In this case, it’s allegedly someone whose literal job is to uphold the law!
It is incredibly frustrating to see our brothers and sisters in the shooting sports community treated as a scapegoat by politicians, while the actual source of the problem, the border, remains a sieve.
It's time to stop targeting the guy next door who just wants to take his family to the range or head out into the deer woods.
What do you think? If you were in charge, would you scrap the confiscation program tomorrow and put every single penny of that money into CBSA border enforcement?
