Jio Wifi is not wrking since 2 dys now in Pune. Pin-411017 When I call cust care it says there is an outage n it will take 4 hrs to resolve. It is 2 days nw. frustrating as no Support person who can confirm what d issue is CAN SOMEONE HELP ??

It is high time that as a regulatory body u need to intervene and keep a check and impose fine on such companies. @MIB_India
