@currys why have I had to spend over a month to get my money back for a write off after you failed to repair my TV on time?
You currently have both my TV and money.
The disconnect between your store, customer support, repair centre and write off team is a joke!
Can I talk to the repair centre. No impossible.
Next day...
Sure here's a number. I talked to someone that seemed to understand at the repair centre... But could not process the write off.
Can I speak to the write off team?? No not customer facing.
JVC TV bought with 3 years cover.
Repaired once (>2wks), but still buggy.
Second repair (>2wks), requested write off which was accepted.
Store called next day to ask if I want my TV? No, I want my money. (Does store not know about write off?)
TV concerned in store. The store sends an email and raises a new ticket to ship the TV back to the repair centre.
Call support immediately, "TV needs to be at the repair centre" (that's not what you just said!)
A week passes, silence.
I call support, "the store needs to confirm they have the TV". Email sent, please wait 3 days. (Can't you track this shit?)
Another week, silence.
Call support... "Can you go to the store to confirm the TV is there" (WTF Sure I'll do your job!)
Please RT if you would like me to consider standing against @Jacob_Rees_Mogg again, as an independent for one term only. As before, I would step aside if a better unity candidate emerges, or if @UKLabour & @LibDems decide to fight each other & I would only further split the vote.
Hey #Aberdeen (and further afield).
You realise that next weekend's weather is going to be pants?
So, instead of going outside and freezing, why not join us at #CTC24, and do some good, and get a fuzzy warm feeling?
