Last year, we proved what was possible.
Today, we're accelerating what comes next.

Prime Movers Lab just invested in the @hark_labs $700M Series A. @adcock_brett built Archer. Then @Figure_robot ($39B valuation). Then self-funded Hark before taking a single institutional dollar. When Brett starts something new, we show up. We're in.🔗 See why we invested: https://t.co/umQjQ6dL1C
People owning second or third homes for AirBnB's are a much larger problem (more than 90% of real estate investors) than institutional investors. We should end the mortgage interest deduction on homes that are not primary residences and focus on building starter homes.
This will have zero impact on housing prices. Institutional investors (those with 1,000 or more properties) make up just 2% of all investor-owned homes. We should not be making public policy based on incorrect social media posts about BlackRock and Blackstone.
BREAKING: President Trump announces steps to ban large institutional investors from buying single-family homes.
"People live in homes, not corporations." - President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸
NC should adopt a non-partisan commission to draw congressional districts. Every district should be drawn to be as competitive as possible. There should be 14 House races every cycle that a Democrat or a Republican could win. This is the best solution for not only NC but every state. https://t.co/BbeAfp8fP6

I hope Tapper's book is a flop. The slightest amount of reporting a year ago would have uncovered the extent of Biden's health issues. Instead, Tapper shamed people who did the job that he was supposed to do. Now, he is trying to make a buck and pretend that he did any reporting when it actually mattered.
Jon Stewart criticized CNN for constantly plugging Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book 'Original Sin' in the midst of Joe Biden's diagnosis with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.

Excited that my home state is expanding its right to try legislation. Innovated regulatory approaches like this are needed to extend human lifespans and achieve medical autonomy. I hope Montana becomes a test bed for innovative breakthroughs. https://t.co/EeBTJrcDZP
Anyone who is not advocating for these reforms (at a bare minimum) is not serious about balancing the budget and should be voted out of office because they're just trying to protect their job. I wish we weren't in this position, but this is the result of electing self-serving, baby-boomer politicians for the last 25 years.
The only way we are going to balance the budget is the following: 1) Social Security reforms: Means-testing Social Security benefits for high-earning seniors, switching to chained-CPI to slow benefit growth, and subjecting earnings greater than $250,000 to the payroll tax (there is no reason that people like me should pay a smaller percentage in payroll taxes than someone working minimum wage), and increasing the retirement age to 70.
4) Defense reforms: Cutting defense spending by at least 8% year-over-year as Secretary Hegseth has called for to get back to pre-Iraq War levels. We are not fighting two wars anymore so the Defense Department budget should reflect that.
As much as I love watching @elonmusk and DOGE find unnecessary spending, the only way to actually cut the deficit is to reduce Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Defense spending, which account for 86% of the budget. Unfortunately, these are the very programs that Trump and Congress refuse to target in a meaningful way.
I don't understand how any Republican can vote for the latest budget resolutions. The House resolution would add $2.8 trillion to deficits through FY 2034 and the Senate resolution could add more than $660 billion over the same period. See 🧵

Wait until they discover that Jurassic Park used CGI to make those dinosaurs rather than use real ones. Why is there such an irrational fear of AI? Regardless, people should see The Brutalist. It's the best American film since There Will Be Blood.
