@EE I am trying to be patient but been trying to get hold of someone for a week. Been waiting for a “callback” for a couple of days too now. Supposed to have a guaranteed 26mbps and for the last few weeks been getting no more than 3mbps.

@DHLGlobal how can I actually talk to someone in the uk? I have tried tried through app, email, and tried calling all numbers I get nothing apart from preset questions. A parcel has not been delivered yet your app is saying it has. HOW DO I TALK TO A PERSON TO SORT THIS PLEASE.

How the hell do you get to talk to anyone at @uk_dhl DHL? I have tried calling only get preset questions and it just cuts you off, tried emailing through the app and it just reloads site before you get chance to send and now dm on here isn’t working either!!!

@realgmg67 @TaylorMonk91 Initially tried two a day taken 1 morning and 1 evening as advised, then with no effect was advised to take 2 in morning and 2 evening, which again I have no real effect from.
