I was promised Season 1 Battle Pass and XP tokens - Due to not getting to play at launch (pre order through EA) - not received anything and support fobbing me off! Starting to regret my purchase!

When it does "work" the party gets in and I'm sat at the menu with no way to join them - as you cant join a game in progress at all

(also still waiting on the compensation for the shite launch)
