@PatDivilly @EtihadAirways @PatDivilly unfortunately their customer service can be founding wanting at times. I've had some negative dealings with @EtihadAirways recently in trying to get some air miles credited to my account for over 6 months now. Doesn't seem to be any urgency from their side.
