At 211°, water is hot. At 212°, it boils. Boiling water creates steam. Steam can power a train & move hundreds of thousands of tons of materials across the country.

The 1°, that 1 small step, makes THE difference. If you get just 1° BETTER each day, that equates to a PHENOMINAL increase over a year. Ask yourself: AM I DOING WHAT IS NEEDED TODAY TO MAKE A 1° POSITIVE IMPACT!

1°. Sounds simple. Sounds easy. You’d think everyone would do it. Almost nobody does. Be that somebody that does. Be the OUTLIER that COMMITS. Be ELITE in MINDSET. It’’s only the CHAMPIONS that CREATE DISTANCE on game day.

Not the ending we wanted but still this season was a huge success. We had lost 6 starters from last season. 8 freshman and sophomores either started every game or played a huge amount of innings and we ended the season 18-9 against a very good schedule. The future is bright!!
