@AmericanAir canceling my flight tomorrow morning. Tracking the flights it appears the flight was canceled out of Orlando to Philly, but the flight from Philly into Miami appears to be on time. How is that possible? That’s the plane my flight was supposed to be. Please advise

@AmericanAir we’ve been delayed now for over 25 minutes. Not a word from the crew. What kind of customer service is this? Would at least expect some courtesy updates and transparency
Again American Airlines fails at delivering passengers a reason to fly their airline

@AmericanAir how is it possible there is an issue with a radio and we had to turn back from the runway? Now we are delayed…would think this is part of checklist prior to onboarding.

@JetBlue That’s disappointing but in my personal Airline Partnership Policy (APP), where I feel I am wronged and receive poor service and it’s not rectified in a way that’s considered to be fair, I never fly that airline again.
How do we aim to find a solution for my policy?

@JetBlue and we are back…my directv inflight service doesn’t work. I somehow won the lottery on the plane with the only tv that doesn’t work.
