Does it really make sense to deny someone access with a valid lounge pass earned from all the loyalty to @AirCanada because they happen to be flying that day with a different carrier? Granting these passes only to deny users from using them dilutes the value of your program.
Hey @Aeroplan, you need to adjust the restrictions on your rewards so people can actually use them. Just got into a ridiculous conflict with your staff at the Regina airport which didn’t need to happen. I fly Air Canada every month to earn all these passes.

@JEVLloyd Health care is already two-tiered, where an increasing number of wealthy people go to Mexico or even US to find the care they need. A private system in Canada would be great.. internal competition to challenge the public system to do better.
@SlackHQ 's new logo and post confirms my theory that working in branding is like being a wine snob; you pay attention to a bunch of tiny nuances that don't make a bit of difference and sometimes lead to terrible choices. #swasdicka
@KasierisCan @KristinZita1 @zedsand @fordnation Anything titled "Proven and Settled Science" is not an academic paper, since no scientist would ever say a Science is settled. Our understanding of the world changes every day.
CSR at @Bell then asks what I'm paying with the new service (which is still with @Bell), which I find to be ridiculous since he should know what I'm paying. I tell him as much, and he hangs up on me while I'm still speaking. This would never happen @TELUS .
Moved by @Bell service to a new apartment. Got 3 calls from some 866 number so I decided to answer. It was @Bell asking why I'm disconnecting. I told the CSR I'm not disconnecting, and ask why he doesn't see that a tech installed service this weekend at my new place.
@elonmusk Everyone in the western world benefits from socialism in one form or another, even as they rail against it. It's cute, really. If government stopped subsidizing health care, banking, golf even!!, I'm sure capitalists everywhere would complain.
@brennanleffler At this late stage in the carbon economy, now is probably not the time to invest either. Better to get ahead on the next energy economy: nuclear, solar, wind. Etc.
