@JetBlue At least your messaging is staying consistent. Wouldn't want to switch things up and actually tell me it's time to fly. Flight 1036 SJU to STT.

[Adam @geckoafar]

@JetBlue This link says the the flight departed almost 3 hours ago. Clearly that's not the case. Please have the on-site staff share updates publicly with all of us in the terminal. The lack of communication is the worst part of all of this.

[Adam @geckoafar]

@JetBlue Hello. I'm writing about flight 1036. I am waiting here in San Juanbfor 2+ hrs. Please tell me the logic behind not sharing updates publicly in the terminal and just letting passengers sit and stew and get upset. That is my question. Thank you.

[Adam @geckoafar]

@JetBlue 12:30 is in 7 minutes... It would set a record if we could board and depart in that time. Why can't the on-site staff be sharing these updates publicly with everyone who's waiting?

[Adam @geckoafar]

@JetBlue @natemcdermott @jetblue Can we get updates within the terminal about flight 1036? There's been zero communication for nearly an hour. Not even an update to say that the maintenance is continuing. We're just sitting here. Seems unprofessional to leave us in the dark.
