@EPBResearch The price of new construction has gone ballistic over the past six years. We intended to build and were in position to do so; however, when our builder put a price on it, it wasn't even a close call. No way was I going to spend that much. On a PSF basis, it's ridiculous.
@indystar From personal observation I can attest to the fact it worked. Overall traffic slowed. However, as soon as the camera disappeared on 476 near Carmel, old habits returned. Cameras should be permanent fixtures on our roads, like in much of Europe.
@fkronawitter1 Listen to the CEO of Eli Libby and you might adjust your time frame. He's looking at 10 years out (perhaps) certainly not in the 1-2 year time frame for any meaningful impact on drug discovery/development.
@indystar $1 million is "not nearly enough." Seriously? It's a tough job to be sure. But the obscene amounts of money we pay CEOs in this country needs to be questioned.
