@FinnairHelps I’ve got a booking from the U.K. to PEK and back from PVG in March. The virus guidance allows me to cancel and refund; do I just press “cancel” on manage booking? Doesn’t seem clear I’ll get a refund if I do that?

@British_Airways - I’ve got an Iberia basic hand baggage only ticket. IB flight number). BA Gold. Flying MAD-LHR-MAN. MAD-LHR on IB, LHR-MAN on BA. Iberia website suggests I have a hold bag for the whole trip, but not sure about the LHR-MAN leg? Help?
