@sethaxen I have a Synology NAS at home that is reachable over the Internet. I use Synology Photos. They even do face detection, albums, etc. but all on your own hardware.

@sethaxen @derJamesJackson They do run out of the smaller denominations quickly (especially ones where you can pick the split upfront) and then only hand out 50EUR notes.

If you want to do it as an exercise then knock yourself out, but the maintenance overhead is just not worth it.

@MicroBernard @ShaunLintern Germany cut off Nord Stream 2 as a very early sanction after the invasion sending our gas prices way up. Pointing that out for.. well, you I guess.
