@Tesco An atm at your Town Lane Stanwell branch swallowed my bank card and did not dispense my cash. It has done the same to a number of your customers, your team are aware and yet they have not placed a notice on the atm warning customers. It’s not great service is it.

@m25dave @SimonCalder But you could drop your customers off at the free drop off zones most airports have if they’re prepared to take a 5-10 terminal bus. Maybe give them the option of they don’t want to pay ? 😊

@OneDaveHendo @SimonCalder Free drop offs and pick ups are available at most airports if passengers are willing to take a 5-10 minute bus transfer to the terminal. There are free options out there 😊

@SimonCalder There has to be some personal accountability. There are plenty of free options available at a large number of airports. But if you don’t want to wait 10 minutes for a transfer bus or walk more than 10 steps you’ll pay for the convenience of terminal drop off.

@SimonCalder Airports do not want pax dropping off at the terminal. It doesn’t help them with targets to encourage sustainable travel, sometimes causes an issue with planning consent requirements, causes congestion and presents a security risk - all more so with an increased number of pax 1/2

@XH487 @SimonCalder @manairport That’s not correct. Manchester allow blue badge holders free terminal drop off if you produce your blue badge.
