@easyJet flight is delayed by hours with no information. We’re put on a bus to the plane, not let out, wait for 20+ mins on the bus. To then have the bus turn around with NO announcement. Driven around the entire airport like hostages told nothing. Service is TERRIBLE EZY8377

What I’ve experienced today is a complete joke @Fly_Norwegian . Sitting on the plane for two hours with zero communication from anyone, rude staff, disregard for safety, refusal of food vouchers, no one having absolutely any idea what’s going on. Absolute shit show
