@JohnLewisRetail had a security block put on my partnership card on Friday. Called at 6pm after work call, and closed til Mon! As if not bad enough, just called and told will be 4-7 working days. I’m shocked by this complete lack of customer service. Give me my card back 😤.

There are children in nursery right by the bridge. Parents need to know whether they can keep them there or have to move them. No parent wants to move small children who are happy and settled.

@kewgardens Hi, thanks for replying. TBH it may be in there but not obvious when booking. as a member and busy mum didn’t think I needed anything before visiting (we’ve visited since COVID). also surprising as Brentford gate only one useful for parking needed for those with young children.
