Working theory on why they’re doing this.

They’re not going to announce they’re coming for the accounts. Von der Leyen calls €10tn in household deposits “lazy savings” that must be “put to the service of European companies,” then talks securitisation and EU supervision.

First layer: re-label your cash as unused European capital and build the pipes to steer it.

🔴Όταν ο Πάνος Ρούτσι ξεκίνησε απεργία πείνας με το ίδιο αίτημα, ο Εισαγγελέας και η Πρόεδρος του Αρείου Πάγου, χρησιμοποιώντας νομικίστικα επιχειρήματα είπαν πως η Δικαιοσύνη έχει εξαντλήσει όλα τα μέσα και έχει αποφανθεί ότι δεν απαιτείται εκταφή
🔴Η Πρόεδρος κυρία Αναστασία Παπαδοπούλου προχώρησε και παρακάτω, τα έβαλε με την κοινωνία που διαμαρτύρεται για όσα γίνονται στην υπόθεση των Τεμπών. Χρησιμοποίησε και το επιχείρημα της ΝΔ «ναι αλλά για το Μάτι γιατί δεν λέτε;»
🔴Μετά από 22 μέρες απεργίας πείνας, η κάθετη επί των θεμάτων «νομιμότητας» Δικαιοσύνη δίνει άδεια εκταφής. Τα γυρίζει δηλαδή τούμπα. Το παράνομο έγινε ξαφνικά νόμιμο
🔴Παρά την άδεια εκταφής η Δικαιοσύνη ή «Δικαιοσύνη» , δεν επιτρέπει τοξικολογικές. Δηλαδή ενώ δίνεται ευκαιρία να δοθούν δια παντός απαντήσεις για το αν υπήρχε φορτίο στο τρένο, εμποδίζεται αυτή ακριβώς η διαδικασία που πιθανόν να οδηγήσει στην αλήθεια
🔴Οι θεματοφύλακες της νομιμότητας, όταν η κυβέρνηση φτάνει σε πολύ δύσκολη θέση με δηλώσεις ακόμη και κυβερνητικών παραγόντων να τάσσονται υπέρ του αιτήματος Ρούτσι, αλλάζει πάλι στάση και επιτρέπει και τοξικολογικές. Το νόμιμο έχει γίνει λάστιχο με κατεύθυνση ανάλογα με το πού το τραβάει η κυβέρνηση
