@EdLatimore I love how classy everybody is after. My 2 faves. And then then I love seeing a jolly coach Bo Mac eating cheetos at the press con, they always film him eating chips, but he seems to not get tired holding pads during those media workouts. Science needs to study this coach.

@EdLatimore @shaunsomers I think there's a whole BJJ trend now like Pilates. It's a "brand". I always hear ppl try to evangelize BJJ over boxing or Muay Thai. I'm sure it's a great sport, but not everyone enjoys touching another person with yr entire body, especially if yr only doing this for fitness.
