@thenbhd as a mam of identical twins girls can I just say how annoying it is to say “should we get the twins out?” My girls have a name each and had the 2 girls not been twins they would of been called by their names .. just saying x

@TicketmasterUK hi ordered tickets for 2 different events on Saturday evening but I have not received confirmation for either yet the money has been taken . I have emailed twice but had no response

@bt_uk please can you tell me how I speak to someone regarding a complaint? I contacted BT on 29/4 as I’d planned to leave. I don’t have a landline and could get a cheaper deal .I decided to upgrade as it was nearly £20pm cheaper . I’m still waiting & still paying larger amount

@beaybl terrible customer service .. I have emailed twice with photos of leggings with a hole in them and no response at all!! These were a birthday present for my twin girls and 1 daughter has leggings and the other doesn’t! No contact in over 10days is a joke!

@TUIUK Can I suggest that if after another few days you are going to reply to my original complaint from the 10th July you in fact get the details correct ? Especially the hotel we were staying in!! The standard of customer service really is very poor
@TUIUK I completed a complaint form on the 10th July 2022 and I am yet to hear back & this is past the 28 days. Yesterday a voicemail was left advising my complaint had been looked at over the last few days and as I hadn’t answered my phone I’d have an email I’m still waiting?
