Dear algo @riverisland absolute disgrace. Ordered something 19th Jan, told 23rd for delivery, 22nd had a dispatch email. Went to store 24th, 26th no parcel, don’t know where it is. Contacted them today on their chat told thay it’s in store even though tracking is unavailable…

and store say they don’t have it. Told them I want a refund as I’ve already waited 10 days- told I can’t have one until it is returned to their warehouse only they can’t even find it!!! And they wonder why they are closing stores with service like this. I am now being ghosted!!😡

@StarbucksUK got myself a refreshment from your Derby “drive to” and this is what I got, I literally had a full block of ice in my drink and once I had set off not knowing this is what was in my drink- I only found out after investigating when 4/5 sips of my drink made it empty😡

@TUIUK can you please confirm that premium long haul flight baggage allowance is 25kg and not 23- we’ve called twice to clarify and the chat sais 23kg (as this is on our booking) but lady on the phone at Tui said 25kg for all premium flights. Please clarify for us! 🫶🏼
