@ChronandEcho Cars are parked on corners, which blocks vehicles views for turn out of a road. If you are in a wheelchair, you can not get off the pavement because corners are blocked by cars.

@MartinSLewis Mine and hubby's didn't go off. I'm on 3. I heard a lot of 3 customers didn't get the alert. Hubby is on the smarty network, so I'm not sure what network they use. I think it may be O2.

@ChronandEcho I think this was their plan all a long. Nice bit of land it comes with. Let's knock down the grade 2 listed building and build lots of houses instead! Why can't the developer do anything with it? They would have known how much worked needed doing when they brought it!
