@RAC_Care This happened not far from LONDON and the RAC can’t get you home! Thank God I’m with the Green Flag. Broke down in the West Country and picked up and driven back home to the Midlands with our car towed behind us, all in the busy summer holidays.

Useless @TheRAC_UK . Parents stranded on the motorway since 9am, finally picked up only to be abandoned at the services with no way of getting them home. What’s the point of paying for breakdown cover if they won’t help you????

@RAC_Care Yes but no thanks to the RAC, relatives had to come and fetch them. Over 24 hours later and their car has still not been collected from the services you dumped it at. People are paying for a breakdown service you are unable to provide!

@BritishGasWatch Phoned @britishgas -direct debits supposed to be lowered and some of this ridiculous credit returned to my account. Surprise surprise neither have been done. £352 taken today🤬Direct debit now being cancelled and new provider being searched for. #thieves #useless

@BritishGas are disgusting. Just had my bill through. After payment my amount in credit is way more than my bill even was! Think it’s time to cancel my direct debits and pay the bill myself. I’d rather put the money in my savings account and pay when the bill comes in.
