A 2020 Minnesota law came to light after a federal agent shot a woman who tried to drive away from a stop.

The law, signed by Gov. Tim Walz, says if a car moves toward a cop and they think it’s a real threat, they don’t have to wait to get hit.

All they need is to feel like it’s a real threat. No impact required.

Tragic as it was, it’s not hard to see why Trump supporters are pointing out the irony.

This was a clean shoot by ICE.

Why?

Three things matter when cops use force:

1. Imminence
2. Proportionality
3. Reasonableness

Cops gave her clear, lawful commands.

They have ZERO duty to retreat during a legit enforcement operation.

She committed a federal crime: 18 USC 111 – assaulting/impeding a law enforcement officer (and it gets way worse when you use a deadly weapon).

A car coming at you IS a deadly weapon. Full stop.

Shooting to stop that threat is 100% proportionate.

Reasonable? Hell yes.

She ignored commands and floored it toward the officer.

What did she expect?

Cut and dry.

Clean shoot.

Stop being a soft, emotional retard about it.

Facts don’t care about feelings.

Compliance saves lives.

Most people complaining have never been in a life or death situation, and jump when someone calls their name at Starbucks when their latte is ready.
