covid may be an airborne pathogen but it's a vascular disease that also attacks other organs and brain and i really wish public health messaging made that more clear instead of only focusing on initial respiratory symptoms
While I understand Billy’s sentiment, I’m looking at two cis individuals once again put “non-binary” in a box as if it is a third gender and not a literal identity. What exactly is non-binary fashion?
At 27 my grandad had 0 qualifications, a house, a wife, and 3 kids supported on a sergeant's salary.
At 27 I just finished postgrad professional qualifications and share a 2 bed flat with 2 friends. I lose 65% of my income to taxes and rent and have 10sqft personal space.
Anyway, we're still not going to do anything about it because a bunch of 60, 70, 80 even 90 year olds have been well-paid to make sure it happens, and they're sure not going to stop now, and we can't break any of our made-up rules to stop them because *that* would be dangerous.
the way being non-binary has been so neatly swept up into the gender trinary is a little sad lol that label used to mean so much to me & now it’s doesn’t give anything. proof that we have to tear all this shit down or it’ll just be co-opted into the same oppressive systems imo
It's not enough that they must be allowed to not wear masks. They must be spared the sight of others wearing them.
Why?
Because masks demonstrate a reminder of the belief that other people actually matter. This offends them, because the critique is implicit.
