Last night, Saturday night, I received a S20 letter for cladding remediation works “to comply with current regulations”. It asks for a blank check to do unspecified work in an unspecified time frame with no accountability for anything. #EndOurCladdingScandal

@Jonatha135113 Housing associations are also good at using lawyers to wear you down. Even if you have a strong case…they know shared owners can’t afford to litigate….especially when facing life destroying cladding remediation bills. Well….@moathomes is at least. It’s futile.

As residents of NHG,sadly we are all too aware of the issues with our landlord. We also have found the housing ombudsman unwilling to assist when the HA have failed to follow their own complaints process #badhousing #socialhousinglandlord

@PeteApps A building people live in and we now know isn't safe. They have just spent HUNDRED of thousands pounds putting in sprinklers and alarms and it's been a complete waste. We need to be out by Monday into temp housing for 4 weeks. I would guess WE'RE likely to be moved into a hotel
