@NJAssemblyGOP Now add in Florida property insurance, flood insurance, HOA fees, gas prices, etc. NJ aint half bad when you look at it like an economist, and not a rage baiter.
@upzonenj They’re floating around an idea to limit FAR in the historically black 4th ward only. Their stated purpose is to slow down knockdowns and flips, but it’s just redlining all over again. Make it so that only one neighborhood can’t benefit from the wealth in their homes.
@inglouriouscap I approached Martin Brodeur as a high schooler at DKNY, mad that he replaced Terreri on the Devils. I did some math on my family’s season tickets cost, and how much of that likely went to him personally, then asked him to buy my prom suit. He looked through me and walked away.
@MikeCrispi This is hilarious. Trump did something that would cause “suffering” and you’re mad at Mikie for not mitigating the self-imposed damage he created?
@NJAsmGerry "Overdevelopment" is thrown around as if it's unequivocally happening, beyond a reasonable doubt. If there are less homes than folks who want them, then it is just simply development concurrent with demand. Whether or not it's what YOU want in YOUR town has no market bearing.
@wildstein I don’t see how the results change for the question 2 even with the outstanding votes. The remaining votes are blended throughout the town and would have to behave inversely to how the rest of the mail ins and In person did. Question 1 is certainly at risk for failing though.
