@easy4_Jet__ Yep, done all of that 2hrs ago, providing all the relevant info and contact details, not even had an acknowledgement yet. How about easyjet getting a bit proactive instead of getting the customers to do all of the legwork. Shambolic

@GazzaT_1981 @easyJet @jet2tweets Good luck mate, I'm stranded in Zante til 4th Sept now (due to fly home yesterday) absolutely no help from easyjet, have had to find our own accommodation and flights home (over £2k atm) and despite them saying "pls dm us", I'm still getting ignored

@easyJet Golden week turnaround for our family, after your last minute Zante cancellation yesterday, and that's after sourcing our own flight home without an iota of help from @easyJet Lay on some flights and get your customers home

@easyJet Absolutely digusted with @easyJet, stranded in Zakynthos after a cancelled flight yesterday (after a 6 hour wait in the departure lounge). No reps at the airport, have had to arrange our own flights home and accommodation. Not answering phones, no one to assist. Shame on you

@easyJet Was meant to fly home yesterday (29th), now stranded in Zante til 4th Sept (earliest flight we could get, with TUI) and pay for accommodation until then. ALL OF OUR OWN BACKS! Abysmal customer service. Pls don't book with easyjet, they just don't care
