@itsolelehmann For the friendships point, i ve seen people living here and not making an effort to speak the language a little bit(not needed) or not making an effort to get out of their comfort zone and meet locals, bur rather expats just make friends with other expats.

@levelsio I think he is right about drying outside, maybe his way of saying not ideal, but this is the case for a lot of Mediterranean countries(for sure greece and cyprus) and i would guess Italy l. For us in Cyprus there is no point of burning electricity when you have 40C outside

@NapierHolland @karololszacki @dhh Super normal here in Cyprus for people to dry clothes outside most of the year, as we have high temperatures and sun. Also have a drier but use it during winter. Not sure why this makes us peasants 😄
