@cyclonefanatic Maybe that is the rule but the rule makes zero sense. Clock stops to move the chains under 2 minutes. So, theoretically, if it was called right on the field, ISU could have tried to run out the FG unit and snap the ball as soon as it was set to attempt the long FG.
