I have been dealing with a broken lock on my front door now since May ..this is a serious security risk.. if someone just push the door it will open since it cannot be closed. 3 months now and this company cannot get someone to fix the lock ..

@PowerHRG wow this company is terrible. We have a broken lock with no access to our door for over 6 months after all the back and forth Now it's another 3 months wait ..this is a security concern and they cannot fix it .

NYC is making it impossible to get around in cars, yet we cannot rely on the train . Only the poor working New Yorkers stuck here are sufferers . A 30 mins car ride takes 2+ hours on the . @NYCTSubway @MTA @NYCMayorsOffice

Another week of the @NYCTSubway #1 train not working properly. Will the @MTA ever get the @NYCMayorsOffice trains working for the poor ppl.. we can't afford to drive and we spend 10x time on the train.

@MTA @NYCTSubway @nyc for 3 weeks now the #1 train at night has been over crowded, suspended , late, skipping stops massive delays, full of homles or something else not one night has it just worked from point A to B . The entire system is off schedule every single day . #fedup
