@PAHoyeck@SmashedEars Cage's 4'33 is a counterexample to most definitions of music, so there should be something alike for the literature. it's less fun — blank books. But they probably can convey meaning — e.g. to be an instance of conceptual analysis: 'I am a book, but without words, am I a book?'
@PAHoyeck Philosophy of law — Juror no. 2
Epistemology and conspiracy theories — Bugonia
Aesthetic vs moral (and the nature of art) — The House That Jack Built

@CnsrvtvThnkr@Philip_Goff Someone who says I'm against abortion but is in favor of the death penalty is not really pro-life," Pope Leo said. "And someone who says I'm against abortion but I'm in agreement with the inhuman treatment of immigrants in the United States, I don't know if that's pro-life."
@luscofusch Because this study is wrong, as showed by Hogenbirk; though the difference isn't huge. The truth is that the picture is more complex. Today good continental philosophers are those ones who either have an analytic training or a special competence in some relevant field.
@lastpositivist You missed fictionalism. Joyce's fictionalism is non-cogitivism btw, as a way to solve 'now what?' problem (it happened after him supporting Error Theory, that's why it's abscent on this Parfit's scheme)
@mirrakina He said "Mirra, Mir, [I am] from Krasnoyarsk"
Mir — an informal way to call someone named 'Mirra'
Krasnoyarsk — city when Mirra was born.
But I don’t think it's completely inappropiate, more like cringe and awkward.
@RMarsonet@vanshv2k @TennisUpdates25 @edgeAIapp There were tough words from her coach before (like "you have to be angry or go to the toilet, there isn't other choice, be angry or go to the toilet!" (I don’t know what does it mean)). And she's an angry person herself.
