@bodybyzedd@prodejivibes Objectively just not true. though the rear delts are the one that fail before your upper back. Biceps only perform supination/elbow flexion. Rear delts have same arm path in this movement
@igetbuccets0095@sicmayanmidilli@YouwantDiamond Yes end of series Jin Woo vs not even half way done series shadow. the fact that you can even compare them is crazy. and also shadow didn’t need to borrow power from any monarch to win
@tempixiscool@Cam456p@360_Spitz how doesn’t it have a shelled out story or characters?the mystery of Aurora? The 12 realms? rose’s trauma with her mom/dad and what she has to go through? Maybe it’s because i read the LN but the actual plot is pretty good too.
@Tyler69356665@GarlicCrispy@StarStalker28@_twt_ty I also don’t understand why he gives Tensura bad pacing. Maybe for a couple episodes in season 3. But the pacing is relatively good. nitpicking too much
@YuanG_0@anneth_arc main character who was overly obsessed about his ideals, trains everyday. Reinvents the magic system in his new world via experimentation and understanding physiology and takes on many disguises to alter events from the shadows you mean*
@21_anigboro@Knicks4life2317@GideonJephthah1 how is he not? IMO rimuru is like a blank slate, now if you say he’s not better written than Diablo or veldora I’d agree. I don’t know how far you are into TEIS series but as it goes along he will continue to improve his disguises and they will have more and more plot relevance
@AkintadeJVicto1@zxercyu@GideonJephthah1 what plot armor does shadow have? He’s worked for everything he has and it always makes sense. they don’t go in depth about it in the anime but he trains everyday since he entered the world it’s not like tensura where you just get ultimate skills
@Micahel01278002@rellyrich10X@hearts444liemaa reps close to failure yields the best results though. Makes no sense to challenge two different movements at once cause they will have to share the MUR pool.
@Ram_Radios@ntk2009tp2@wormymcwormersn Not really a good argument. there are men who have poor fat distribution in their midsection and it’s the last place they get lean. it’s not dependent on gender
@tyno1r@tha_magi@Maxis_arena he’s partially right, you need carbs for energy. to recover and ect, but protein is the most important for creating muscle tissue. I think it’s two things, one. Most prisoners are not as jacked as we think, and two. Time is the most important thing in fitness alongside genetics
@recursive_void@yosoymario91 yea don’t listen to this guy, frequency matters much more than weekly volume. Your muscle only increase MPS 1-2 days after you train it. When MPS goes back to normal growth stops untill you train it again. So training more often gives you more MPS spikes(more chances to grow)
@Ordovician71@kmaparker@United_Africana@papiwontmiss ? No there diminishing returns. Only thing you need to do is stimulate mechanical tension, whether you do it by 15 reps,4,7 doesn’t really matter. But if you’re doing more at a certain point the fatigue is going to outweigh the stimulus
