The absurd level of understanding of the issue! It’s like saying banking servers can’t be hacked because banks have offline branches.

This itself reflects that CBSE rolled out On-Screen Marking in such haste that they seemingly didn’t even properly brief or train their own senior-level officials on how the system actually works.
