Imagine a company as big as @zara not accepting responsibility for £174 worth of clothes being delivered to a garden and being stolen, customer service is shocking waited 6 days to get be contacted by multiple people who keep telling me they can’t help because it’s been delivered

@YodelOnline there’s literally no point i’ve spent 6 days arguing with @Zara who have been in touch with you to confirm it was delivered to a “safe place” (being a garden with the gate open, next to a cut). You’re just going to tell me it’s delivered and there’s nothing you can do

Imagine ordering over £100 worth of clothes from @ZARA_Care and @YodelOnline deliver it outside (when you haven’t selected a safe space) and your delivery’s not there, then Zara turn round and say they aren’t liable. 👍🏽
